	the new library is located on the campus of the university of applied sciences for public administration in meissen. the library is designed as a pavilion, relating to the existing buildings. it is integrated into the rectangularly structured existing buildings, adopting this clear segmentation. the books are placed in the center of the building, thereby protecting them from light and sunlight. the functional areas are located on the south and east sides. the reading areas are arranged with a view of the orchard.
